Powerful
Promises
(Sanctify them through thy truth, thy word is truth! John
17:17)
"Nevertheless we, according to his promise, look for new heavens
and a new earth, wherein dwelleth righteousness. Wherefore, beloved,
seeing that ye look for such things, be diligent
that ye may be found of him in peace, without spot, and blameless."
2 Peter 3:14-15
Grace and peace be multiplied unto you through the knowledge of
God, and of Jesus our Lord, According as his divine power hath given
unto us all things that pertain unto life and godliness,
through the knowledge of him that hath called us to glory and virtue:
Whereby are given unto us exceeding great and precious promises:
that by these ye might be partakers of the divine nature,
having escaped the corruption that is in the world through lust."
2 Peter 1:2-4
"Wherefore come out from among them, and be ye separate, saith
the Lord, and touch not the unclean thing; and I will receive you,
And will be a Father unto you, and ye shall be my sons and daughters,
saith the Lord Almighty. Having therefore these promises,
dearly beloved, let us cleanse ourselves from all filthiness of
the flesh and spirit, perfecting holiness in the fear of God."
2 Corinthians 6:17-18, 7:1
For all the negative things we have to say to ourselves, God has
a positive answer. When we claim His Words we claim His Power.

unto them, With men this is impossible; but with God all things
are possible." (Matthew 19:26)
You say: "I'm too tired"
God says: "Come unto me, all ye that labour
and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon
you, and learn of me; for I am meek and lowly in heart: and ye shall
find rest unto your souls. For my yoke is easy, and my burden is
light." (Matthew 11:28-30)
You say: "Nobody really loves me"

he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should

3:16)
You say: "I can't go on"
God says: "And he said unto me, My grace is
sufficient for thee: for my strength is made perfect in weakness.

You say: "I'm always worried and frustrated"
God says: "Humble yourselves therefore under
the mighty hand of God, that he may exalt you in due time: Casting
all your care upon him; for he careth for you. Be sober, be
vigilant; because your adversary the devil, as a roaring lion, walketh
about, seeking whom he may devour: Whom resist stedfast in the faith,
knowing that the same afflictions are accomplished in your brethren
that are in the world. But the God of all grace, who hath called
us unto his eternal glory by Christ Jesus, after that ye have suffered
a while, make you perfect, stablish, strengthen, settle you."
(1 Peter 5:7)
You say: "I don't have enough faith"
